Customization of products
Welldana provides comprehensive data for your web shop. However, we understand that some retailers prefer to write their own descriptions, use different images, or categorize products differently. You have the flexibility to do so.
To support this, we’ve developed data point exclusion software that ensures your changes are not overwritten. Simply select the changes you’ve made, and the system will preserve them during the next synchronization.

It all depends on your needs and which subscription package you choose. By agreement, our web department will have access to your web shop.
Welldana’s web shop package is developed for WordPress / Woocommerce. This is a very common and “easy to get started” platform.
Your web shop can be branded and designed completely as you want it. There will not be any recognisable elements between dealers. We will design your website with your brand image and colors.
As a starting point you need to contact your own local web supplier, if the problem is directly related to our assortment, or functions, you are always welcome to contact Welldana’s web department.
We support on errors, and the challenges concerning the product we have installed with you. You need to associate your own web manager, that can help with the operation, development and marketing. Very important that you have someone taking care of the daily operations.
Welldana only offers integration of one language per solution. You can choose between Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or English.
All you need is a hosting account, with the following requirements. For WelldanaPlus+ you need to have an installed wordpress solution, a configured woocommerce, and an installed shop theme. For WelldanaPRO we will create the woocomerce webshop for you.
Yes, you can choose which products you want to apply to your web shop. You can also remove categories, or item numbers. Everything can be controlled, according to your needs.
Welldana sets no requirements, to which products that is created in the web shop. It is yours, and only your web shop, that’s why it is up to you, which products and supplier, you want to involve in the store.
You can make changes in all the Welldana data. We appreciate our dealers can take a better photo, write better text, or find better manuals. We developed a specific function, to protect the changes you make, so we do not overwrite your work, in the monthly update.
The Welldana web shop package, contain several plugins and functions, where some of them are required, to ensure operation and quality, and others are additional options. Find the list here.
Welldana strives to provide weight data on all our products, this gives you a better opportunity to charge your customer the correct shipping price. However, many of our products have special dimensions or special requirements, such as telescopic rod, or chemistry. This means it can be a very hard task to always cover the shipping cost 100% correctly. Therefore, we recommend, that you give free shipping when it comes over a certain price. A lot of times freight groupings are created with extra rounds that will cover 90% of costumer orders. Some orders you will lose a small amount on shipping, others you will win. There is no perfect solution for this.
